Elsenham is a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I started working here in 2006 and have enjoyed every moment of it. It is perfect for people with little or no gym experience but it also caters for those of you who have a more advanced fitness level, with the Technogym equipment and the staff to help you along, you can reach your goals-you’ll reach them quicker than you think!
